I am deeply concerned for the history of our country. I want all of you to know there is a better alternative for people of the alternative persuasion. Mitt Romney will do everything he can to bring down any progress that has been made in regard to Gay Rights in America. Barack Obama has issued support for gay marriage, but does not have the backbone to do the right thing and stand up for national legalization of it. I challenge all of my friends to research and consider the people’s candidate, Gary Johnson. As a self-identified Queer, I am encouraged when my candidate says, ““Gay marriage equality is a matter of equal rights under the Constitution. Denying gay Americans the same benefits of legal marriage under the law as those enjoyed by straight couples is discrimination, plain and simple. Fairness has to apply to all Americans equally.” We know Mitt won’t say that, we know Obama will not go that far, so why not stand behind the man who really stands behind us for a change?
